Find Citi Locations Function

CHALLENGE: Redesign the Find Citi Locations ("The Locator"), the branch/ATM location function of the Citi online site, which was powered by Microsoft's MapPoint mapping function.  The Locator provided an outdated user experience as a result of MapPoint's limited features.  Microsoft was decommissioning MapPoint and the Google Maps API would be the replacement mapping platform, so it made sense to overhaul the design of the Locator.

ROLE: UXA

PROCESS: Based on experimentation with the Google Maps API and competitive analysis, I redesigned the screens/flow so as to take advantage of the search and mapping features of the Google Maps API.

RESULT: A contemporary and robust branch/ATM location function that led to an increase in lead generation/traffic to primary actions on the online site.
